Exclusions – Sample boxes, sample items, opened DVDs, free gifts and digital purchases cannot be returned. Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges. Indian Herbal Remedies provides service for orders placed directly through our website only.
